From Lukasz

Pricing is the highest-leverage decision most operators never actually make.

After 17 years running events and working through 200+ venue engagements, the pattern is consistent: operators who underprice do it out of fear, not data. They're afraid that raising rates will tank their inquiry volume. And operators who overprice do it out of habit — they set a number once, never tested it, and kept it because nobody told them to move.

Both groups are leaving real money on the table. The underpriced venue is working just as hard as the well-priced one. The overpriced venue is watching its close rate erode and attributing it to "the market" instead of the price.

Pricing is a decision, not a default. This tool gives you the benchmark. What you do with it is up to you — but at least now you're deciding with data instead of anxiety.
